Doing this without any weights is hard enough, but add some 5 lb ankle weights and then try this workout and I promise you will die (in a good way). Casey Ho's upbeat personality and chatty nature will at least help you forgot some of the pain. There's also Extreme Abs 1 and Extreme Abs 2 if you just want to keep going with it.
Action Jacquelyn Love Yourself HIIT
Jacquelyn Umof has a lot of video offerings to choose from, but this is one of my favorites. It's 20 minutes of HIIT (high intensity interval training) and it will get your heart rate pumping. Not too many bells and whistles here, but you're in, you're out, you're done.
